Overview
The Hoopcoming Basketball Game is the Sage Creek equivalent of a Homecoming Football Game.
It is a themed game, and is usually the highest attended basketball game each year, second only to the SCHS Vs CHS Basketball Game on occasion.
Sage Creek has lost four out of five Hoopcoming Games thus far.
History
The Hoopcoming game is usually the kickoff before the Hoopcoming Dance.
The game is an integral part of Hoopcoming, usually occurring the day before the Hoopcoming Dance on a Friday.
This has not always been the case, as the very first game, Hoopcoming Game 2014, was held on a Monday.
Hoopcoming Game 2014 and Hoopcoming Game 2015, both against LCC, were both played on the JV level, as Sage Creek did not yet have a varsity team.
