The top parking lot was open from 2013 to 2015 before closing for a bit for the construction of the Performing Arts Center.
It reopened officially on June 5th, 2018, after being closed for some 2 and a half school years.
Access to the lot was and still is free for all.
The top lot has 128 spaces available.[1]
