The 3000 building is the southmost building, nearing the border of the Staff Parking Lot.

It features mostly Languages, Social Sciences, and the Home Ec Room.

This building went largely unused for the first two years (2013-2014, 2014-2015), until Sage Creek had a large enough population to make use of the buildings classrooms.
