Every year, a basketball game is decided to be the "Hoopcoming Game" for Sage Creek, ultimately culminating in the Hoopcoming Dance the following day on Saturday.
About
The 2018 Hoopcoming Game took place on Friday, February 2nd, 2018, and was against LCC.
Game
The game ultimately ended in a loss of 74-50 for the Bobcats.[1]
A professional DJ was hired for this game in order to hype up that year's Hoopcoming Dance and in order to give Joey Babcock a chance to attend a home game as a regular student. The Sage Creek Pep Band ended up playing for most of the timeouts, giving the DJ about 2 timeouts in which to play.
