Chromebooks at Sage Creek are automatically logged out when shut. Students who get their chromebooks closed can lose their work if its not saved and therefore have to restart. It has become a class meme in the English Department, friends close eachother's chromebooks effectivtly ruining their day and their class time productivity.
There are multiple ways to close a chromebook:
Simply slamming it shut is the most popular way
Holding down the power button until it shuts off
Sliding an Iphone over the power button will trigger its shutoff
Pressing control + shift + Q (Q is pressed twice)
