The 2018 Hoopcoming Game took place on Friday, February 2nd, 2018, and was against LCC. The game ultimately ended in a loss of 74-50 for the bobcats.[1]
A professional DJ was hired for this game in order to hype up that year's Hoopcoming Dance and in order to give Joey Babcock an chance to attend a home game as a regular student. The Sage Creek Pep Band ended up playing for most of the timeouts, giving the DJ about 2 timeouts in which to play.
