Fall Formal 2016 was held at CSUSM, the same location that Fall Formal 2018 would later be held.

The theme of the dance was "Autumn in New York", and the two large screen projectors displayed a falling leaf animation created by Joey Babcock, Available here.

The dance occurred on Friday, November 4th, 2016.

Tickets began at $40 with an ASB sticker and $50 without.

This dance was the first Fall Formal, with previous formals being held as Winter Formal.
